Macmillan Cancer Support offers a varied range of learning opportunities for their clinical staff and volunteers - I design e-learning courses, for organisations like Macmillan and put in place a process for them to design their own

Solution 4: Competency Matrix & Game

As part of an EU funded learning initiative, I designed a learning solution for project managers in Regional Development Agencies - now used in Italy, Norway, Belgium, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, France and Sardinia to improve performance
