Award-winning learning specialist with over 35 years experience of working across the disciplines of organisational development, human resource management and learning and development.
An archetype "portfolio careerist" - I work as a learning specialist adviser; quality improvement consultant; senior lecturer at the University of Westminster Business School (England) and Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics ( Russia); vocal coach; voice-over artist and small business owner.
I have worked in the private commercial sector and the public healthcare and charity sector. My last substantive post was Head of Organisational and Workforce Development in the NHS where I built up a reputation for effectively combining knowledge management principles with mainstream training and learning practices.
In 2009, I earned outstanding recognition for my work from my peers, resulting in my receiving the 2009 Global HR Excellence Award from the World HRD Congress. In 2011, I became a Judge for the UK National Training Awards.
I established LearningVoice in 2002 and having worked in 25 different countries now operate within a global micro-enterprise business model. LearningVoice employs no staff, only a 'virtual support team' yet has carved out a significant global presence through the scope of work that has been undertaken.
