I employed Józefa as an interim business manager for IHM and she developed and delivered consistently high-standard activities and events in London. When the resources to support this paid part-time post were no longer available, she maintained her involvement with IHM and over the past eight years been a true ambassador - her top qualities are that she is personable and creative.

Paul Chiles, Independent healthcare transformation consultant

I first met Józefa in early 2003 at a conference and was extremely impressed by her breadth of knowledge.  I was fortunate to work with her on a wide range of HR initiatives taking place at Newham Hospital such as: skills audit, appraisal training and supporting our internal trainers and coaches. Józefa has been instrumental in helping us to achieve some major changes to our workforce and without her expertise and skills, our work would not have advanced to the degree that it has, even winning local awards for our training. She has excellent people skills and the feedback over the years, has been extremely positive.

Many training initiatives fail to make a real difference in business.

I truly believe that improved performance, achievement of targets or personal goals and getting the job that someone wants can all be enhanced by effective training and learning.  This needs to be the right training + the opportunity to learn and take action + regular reflection.

My passion is to help organisations and individuals put each of these stages in place and then step back and watch the magic happen
