My USP comes from the quality of what I produce and this is in part due to the fact that I invest time in keeping my skills and knowledge up-to-date. From the research that I undertake, I create many of the products and services that I sell through LearningVoice, JozefaVO or UListen2 My passion is to improve the learning that comes from training and the measurable results obtained from learning.

CPD (Continuing Professional Development) and empirical research is part of my normal working life. This not only enhances my understanding of how people learn from an inter-cultural perspective, but also adds value, particularly to the multidisciplinary teams that I work with on trans-national learning projects funded by the European Commission.
My five ongoing key research areas are:

- Quality Management – EFQM Excellence Assessment, ISO 10015, Sustainability
